If you close a framework agreement with us for specific products, we will guarantee continual availability of ordered parts and minimal delivery times. In the Czech Republic and surrounding countries we are able to guarantee delivery within a few working days, but more often we make delivery to the customer on the same day on which we received an order. However, you don´t have to belong to our regular customers to get your order in time. If the ordered products are not on stock, we will inform you about the exact time when it is realistic to expect a delivery.
